All of our fabrics are deliciously lightweight with just the right amount of softness and stretch. We offer exclusive fabrics that are comfortable, modest, and stylish.
Swaddle blankets and multi-use covers machine or hand wash cold, separately. Gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Lay flat or hang to dry.
Beanies - Untie the knot before you machine or hand wash in cold water on a gentle cycle and lay flat to dry.
Headbands - Spot clean only.

In order for us to process your return as efficiently as possible, please ensure the following:
1. All items are unworn, unwashed and in original packaging.
2. A completed return form is included with your return.

Shipping costs on returns are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the return is a result of an error on our part. Please note that any items smelling of cigarettes, laundry detergent and/or pet hair are not eligible for a refund. Returns are not accepted on sale items.
Unfortunately we don’t currently offer direct exchanges, as our inventory changes often and goes quickly and we don’t have a system in place to hold items until the orders are shipped back. The best way to “exchange” is to checkout as normal through our shop for inventory purposes and to ensure you get the color and size you need. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you within 7-10 business days that we have received your returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment used at checkout, within a certain amount of days. Only regular priced items may be refunded, any sale priced items are not eligible for return.
If you received an incorrect item in your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can ensure you get the correct item. A prepaid USPS shipping label will be sent to you via email. Once the package has been accepted into the carrier's system, the correct item will be sent as previously specified.
Due to the handmade nature of our clothing, there may be some size variance in our items. Please allow for plus or minus variances in sizing, up to 1/2 an inch in width or height. Additionally, our fabric and patterns are often hand painted and then dyed so there may be variance in pattern from what is exactly pictured on our site.
Most orders will ship out from our Arizona fulfillment center within 1-2 business days of purchase via USPS. However, that time can be extended up to 1 week during peak shopping times such as new product launches, sales and other promotions.
Our fulfillment center has their own process for pulling and shipping orders and there isn’t a guarantee that items can be shipped together so we are unable to combine multiple orders placed.
Lost + Stalled Packages
It is common for packages to halt movement in a distribution center and/or post office, please allow 10 additional business days for package to begin moving again. Once a package has not moved for more than 10 business days (30 for international) we can send out a replacement as possible. If a package is marked as “delivered” by the USPS it is your responsibility as the recipient to track it down with your local post office. Please be sure to check around your home/yard as well as check with your neighbors. You’d be surprised how many packages are left inside open garages, behind gates, or under patio furniture. The best luck with packages marked as delivered is to speak with your local post office and the actual person that handles your mail.
Changes + Cancellations To Your Order
Because our fulfillment team processes and ships order quickly, we are unable to make changes to your order once it’s been placed. If there is an issue with your order please reach out, and we will make every effort to cancel it when possible.
Collaborations + Wholesale
Thank you for your interest in working with Alice + Ames! Email email@example.com and please include a proposal of collaboration, press information, and direct links. We do go through every proposal but are only able to get back with people who are a good immediate fit with KB Cute Designs. In that case, we will typically respond within a week. Otherwise we will keep your information on file and reach out if there is a good fit for both of us!
At this time, we do not currently offer wholesale.
